I want to share one of the wellness “practices” I do not talk about much but, it’s OHHH so effective.
Like many other things, I’ve not had a true place to place this information that felt, well..right. And this is why this newsletter was created.
It’s no secret that music can be not only healing, but provide the space to give people permission to move from one emotional state to another.
I am “some people”. :)
And for a long time, I forgot.
Thankfully, I found my way back and have been enjoying creating playlists curated to help encourage ease in my day.
